Process Queue
The Process Queue is where you review and triage captured notes. It presents one note at a time alongside AI-generated suggestions, letting you efficiently refine your inbox.
How It Works
- Navigate to Process in the sidebar
- The oldest unprocessed note (inbox or triaged) appears in the resolution panel
- Review the note content in the markdown preview
- Review AI suggestions grouped by type
- Apply, reject, or skip suggestions
- Promote the note to the permanent note type or delete it
- Move to the next note
AI Suggestion Types
AI analyses each note and generates suggestions across these categories:

| Link | Wikilinks to existing related notes |
| Split | Proposal to split a multi-topic note into atomic notes |
| Question | Follow-up questions to expand or clarify the note |
| Entity | Extracted entities: dates, people, locations, amounts, organisations |
| Task | Detected action items that can become standalone tasks |
| Event | Detected events with dates and locations |
| Route | Suggested note type for the content |
| Template | Template suggestion with reformatted content |
| Reformat | Reformatting proposal for the note body |
| Shopping Item | Shopping items mentioned in the note |
| Kanban Card | Work items that can be added to a project board |
Applying and Rejecting
- Apply — Accepts a suggestion and applies it to the note (adds tags, updates title, creates tasks, etc.)
- Reject — Dismisses a suggestion without applying it
- Batch Apply — Accepts all pending suggestions at once
- Batch Reject — Dismisses all pending suggestions at once

Promote and Delete
- Promote — Changes the note type to Permanent and marks processing complete. Publishing to the web is a separate action.
- Delete — Removes the note entirely (with a confirmation dialog). This also deletes all attachments and embeddings
Answering Questions
When AI generates follow-up questions, you can answer them directly. Your answer is appended to the note as a Q&A section and the question suggestion is dismissed.
