Calendar
The Calendar lets you manage events and schedules with multiple view modes and support for multiple calendars.
View Modes
Switch between four views using the buttons at the top:

| Month | Full month grid with event indicators on each day |
| Week | 7-day view with hourly time grid |
| Day | Single day with hourly time slots |
| Agenda | Chronological list of upcoming events |
Navigation
- Previous / Next — Navigate to the previous or next period
- Today — Jump back to the current date
- Sidebar calendar — A mini calendar for quick date navigation
Creating Events
Create events in several ways:
- Click on a day cell (month view) or time slot (week/day view)
- Use the
/ecommand in Quick Capture - Apply an Event suggestion from AI analysis
Event Properties

Editing and Deleting Events
Click an event to open the edit modal where you can update all properties or delete the event.
Multiple Calendars
You can create multiple calendars and toggle their visibility in the sidebar. Each calendar can have different colours, making it easy to distinguish between personal, work, and other calendars.
AI Event Detection
When AI analyses a note, it can detect event-related content — dates, times, appointments, deadlines — and suggest calendar events. These appear as Event suggestions in the Process Queue.
